My total liability is limited to the amount you paid. I'm not liable for business decisions you make, candidate performance, employment issues, or any indirect damages.

Updates & Accuracy

I'll update toolkit content to reflect current best practices and provide major updates to existing purchasers at no cost. Business practices and tools evolve — I strive to keep content accurate and current.

General Terms

Prohibited purchasers: You may not purchase if you operate a competing recruitment/consulting business or intend to resell the content.

Testimonials: I may request feedback and use testimonials with your permission. You can decline or request removal anytime.

Disputes: Contact me first at hello@kateegray.com. If needed, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Victoria, Australia. These terms are governed by Victorian law.

Changes: I may update these terms and will notify purchasers of material changes via email.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
