Supporting coaches, facilitators, speakers, and practitioners, to make business moves they can trust

Hey, I'm Katee.

(Yes, like 'Katie' but with two E's).

I've specialised in working with expert-led, thought leadership businesses - coaches, facilitators, speakers, and practitioners for over 10 years - across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US.

I work with people whose situations are complex. Business owners and leaders who’s lives that don't fit neatly into a single category. Mine certainly doesn’t.

I don't pretend things are simpler than they are, and I don't leave you drowning in the complexity either.

There's usually a clear path through it when we can hold both. And I have a deep appreciation for the layers and intersections that lead clever business owners to where they are now.

I've always been wired to look underneath things.

What we do, and what we say. Not to find a problem. To explore what's driving you on autopilot.

I'm equally comfortable inside a P&L and holding space for the tough moments. I think in systems, and I feel in nuance - I've spent twenty years learning to hold both.

The urgent rarely equals the important. I've always known that. I've also had to learn it the hard way, more than once.

My background spans health science, performance coaching, hormone health, operations strategy, business design, and equine facilitated learning. On paper that looks like a lot of directions. In practice there's always been the same thread; our body, our business, and our life are not separate from one another. A business and life by design takes all of that into account.

I'm a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and mother. I navigated PMDD for twenty years, hit serious burnout twice before thirty, and carry the grief of infertility and loss, all while building a practice that's sustainable and values-aligned.

These experiences also led me to the paddock 9 years ago, where horses bought me back to aligned decisions, a regulated nervous system within tricky moments, and awareness of my patterns that were running the show. (An inherently reducing the value I placed on my work).

All of it has shaped how I see, what I notice, and why I don't flinch when things get “messy”, I’m there to sit in it, and with it, with you.

Here’s what those threads looked like:

If you recognise yourself in any of this, a conversation is a good place to start.
