  • Post workshop you’ll receive a comprehensive breakdown and review of your diagnostic results.

    Additionally, I’ll provide resources, templates, contacts and tools to help you implement quick wins and mid-term recommendations.

  • You’ll have access to me for rapid fire questions over email or video chat for one month while you explore and implement your options.

how it works:

The Client Experience roadmap workshop series is broken into 3 workshops, 2.5 hours each.

Prior to each workshop I’ll request preliminary intel and collateral to conduct my research prior and create an individualised workshop plan for us based on your current workflow and collateral.

  • Workshop one: Lead Nurture Design

  • Workshop two: Sales Nurture Design

  • Workshop three: Client Experience

You can opt to do one, or all! If doing the full series of 3 workshops, I recommend spacing them one month apart to allow for implementation time.

From each workshop you’ll come away with a clear plan, and roadmap design. Afterwards, you will be sent a project plan to support the tasks required for implementation.
